i mean how OD intervention helped an organisation to develop or to succeed ?
can you provide it ? because that will be more useful to understand the whole concept ?

hi Akhilesh,
wud like to add one suggestion to it that it wud be nice if you give the fundamentals with respect to the change management in an organisation as change is an important part of any organisation's long time sustainabity in to the competitive scenario...and we also know OD only takes place wn some unforseen changes are occurring in the external environment...rest will be added by other members if i'm lacking somewhere...
