Hi All,
Please suggest me with some good and innovative ideas for this Diwali celebration. We are only staff of 14 people including our director. Every time we go out occasionally for birthday celebrations in restaurant, its very boring to go out and have dinner and come back home. Please please suggest me with some innovative ideas for this celebration. What i can do differently so that my colleagues dont feel bore, please keep in mind we are only 14 from which 7 are male and 7 females.
Kindly help me at earliest.
Thanks

Hi Preeti,
Diwali is a very special occasion ,where employees love to celebrate with their family members, keeping aside their busy day to day life. As your strength is only 14 members, you can try presenting them with some gifts (vouchers), sweets and crackers in reasonable cost.

Hi Friend,
Give them Garments Gift vouchers according to your budget, so tat they have their own choice.
Sweet Boxes for the occasion
A small picnic if everyone agrees , according to your budget you can plan for 2 days also as Diwali comes on Monday, Plan for Sat and Sun, So tat they are back homefor Rest and for Diwali as many of them would like to celebrate in home. At the same time they are back to office on Tuesday.
Thanx

Dear Preeti, you can organise a some fun games with prizes, gifts for every member like diyas, and crackers. Regards, K. Gaurav

Tell all the employees to come prepared with any one cultural item for this occasion. If some one is not prepared then the host will give one task to that individual. It will be great fun.
