it was very useful information. i have a situation here. i am pursuing my Masters of Human resources management. i am in UAE as part of my organisational internship. but now i realise that the company will not reveal their HR policy manuel and this is effecting me terribly as i will not be able to complete my project.
i am also suppose to undertake a project on any topic in HR. all that i have is access to the IT department. and they are very supportive but unable to help.
