Dear Seniors, I am going to implement a new grading system in my organization, here we don’t have any concept of HR I am going to start it gradually kindly help and give your kind suggestion.
Do suggest me the practice of multinational companies, what sort of grading system they are adopting either it is top to bottom (1-15) or (15-1)
