Hi Team,
Good evening to all of you...
I have been working as a Coordinator-HR for an insurance company in offroles for the last three years and waiting for a chance to get on to company roles. As my manager got resigned, i was acted as a Facilitator and run the entire show for about six months. Now new manager has come and now he is asking me and saying that I need to start front end work and as of now I managed backend work.
I really did not understand what exactly is front end work? Can any one explain me. Because as of now my roles and responsbilities are partially into recruitment and fully into HR operations like issuing offers, MIS, payroll, separation policies, etc.
What exactly is front end work in HR? Where do I need to improve more?
Dear Team, please guide me......
Cheers,
Udaya

guess your question answers itself...
back end operations are the ones that are related to database and documentation maintenance and management which involves almost no direct interaction with external clients of the company
