Hello,i'd like to know a little more about Form 16, for the last financial year when i asked my employer for the same, was told that since i do not come under the Tax bracket, will not be issued one as it not necessary, am yet a little puzzled as i thought that it is mandatory for the Co. to issue one. Was told to use my salary slips for the same, as a result have gone ahead and filed my return without one, please advice the exact procedure as it will help me understand the process better, thanks in advance, regards !!
