Which are the commonly used psychometric assessments used in an organisation? can any organisation make a test according to the needs of the employees...e.g it may not be standardrized test but a test on the basis of training program to be conducted which could reflect certain qualities of the employee. I would like to know especially this that if it is possible to create one or no...
