i have joined the new company for the designation where the HR Manager is not supoportive to help me out in clarifying my doubts , so iam confuse wether to continue or not.. i have a 3 yr contract with the employer and if i resign in between 3 yrs 45 days salary should be given to the employer and there will be a ban of 6 months

Recently i heard there is no BAN for Master Degree holders... what ever the Master Degree they will not get a 6 month BAN

Help me to clarify this doubt...
