I have joined a company last week, this is a small company but very old company, here we don't have any HR department. I had joined in HR and the departmetn is created. I requrie your help, kindly guide me what all to be done in HR department.

Hi,First of all u made list of employees, joining date and other details which will became employees data. then look for company timings and see all are comming on time or not. make a HR manual by putting all policies like leave plolicy so on. if u want to have a idea read the company procedures. try to make an idea on recruitment, training and development, pay roll, joining formalities and exit formalities. the above are the primary things in any company in HR Dept.I hope u vill get an ideaThanks and RegardsSwapna HR-Executive
