My name is Bhumika and currently I am doin the summer internship at India''s first automobile & motor manufacturing company at PCMC, Pune.
My question to you is how will the grievance procedure be set for the FTAs, Job trainees & Contractors made..?
Since these all are temporary employees in the company, Will the questionnaire change for the grievance handling ?
If Yes, Please guide me or provide me or help in generating me the questionnaire for grievance handling for FTAs, Job trainees & contractors..
