Hi all,
What would be the best approach for appraising about 100 employees in a BPO. This appraisal would be the first of it kinds as this is a startup
On the same lines, is it feasible and fair to follow a 80-20 kind of appraisal. In the sense, 80% onthe basis of thier floor performance and 20% on the basis of thier Supervisors feedback?

I am agree with Gaurang.If u r going for appraisal so u have to see the employees behaviour,senicerity for work,Attendance,Dressing,Behaviour with senior and junior
and many more.Also the feedback is necessary from the production head also.
