Hi Uday You cant bifurcate the minimum wages as per the compliances.but compnies generally bifurcate the wages.

Gross=BAsic+convayence+HRA etc
Suppose Gross is 10000/-means how to fix Gross components.

One of my employee has lost his ESIC card and he came and asked for how to get the new card.
Sir,
Which form we need to give to get the duplication card and what is the process of it.
Please let me know sir ASAP.

Dear Uday,
If any of your employee as lost the ESI card than you need to issue him Form-72, which you can get in your local office or try in www.esic.nic.in which is ESI website. Hope this information will solve your problem.
