Hi, Thanks it is really helpful. I used it But plz clarify where to put gratuity and Ex-Gratia in the calulation chart. Also, what is to be done of PF contribution of employer? Thanks Rajneet

sorry for the delay in reply.
The Tax Calculation Sheet meant for current Financial Year 2008-2009. While calculating the Tax Income Gratuity is not covered. If you are receiving the Ex-Gratia on monthly basis or Annually you can put that amount in Misc Column and arrive your Taxable Income.

Can anybody clarify the below:
1. Eligibility of Tution Fees:
A. Child as well as wife
B. For Child: Tution Fees includes the computer fees?
2. Documents for allowing the deduction for Education Loan interest repayment
3. Where the insurance policy premium paid through the credit card; such credit card statement along with the policy cover note can be accepted as an evidence of premium paid?
4. Is there any additional document, where the medical reimbursements are to be given, is required apart from the medical bills. Are these includes the medical tests?
Please respond on priority basis as we have to sattle the TDS Issues.
