Alternative work schedules can be initiated by employees and approved by management to meet business commitments only.

2. TRAINING:

The employees shall be on training for a period of 3(three) months from the date of joining and services will be confirmed in writing thereafter, if the same are found satisfactory by the management. On successful completion of training, you will be confirmed in the regular employment of the company.

The employee is expected to work in the company for at least 1 year upon return. If this commitment cannot be met for any reason the employee should notify the company before going for training. ATTI reserves the right to withhold the relieving letter in case this commitment is not kept.

Dear Sharmaji,
Gone through the HR Policies of the Hand Book. But I feel that leave prescribed is less. Generally in Pharma Sector 30 days leave(inclusive of Earned Leave/Sick Leave/Casual Leave) is suggested.
