#later on how can he claim for the compensation?
#what formalities are done by the employer,what all challans employer needs to file and at what time intervals?How many copies need to be given to whom.......

If I talk from an employer's perspective........how do i go about implementing the Act in my factory where a considerable number of employees are under coverage.
I mean hw do I start from scratch......which form or challan I procure......wat do i get filled up by the members, wat is issued to them n when.......wat about my periodic obligations........n statutory requirements.....:wacko:
