Recruitment is playing crucial role in organizational development and business. It has emerged as a core area which has given boost to RPO industry. I am sure all of my CiteHR member would agree to it. I have been working to streamline and make it more organizational effective process. For this I have taken an initiative of six sigma approach. I am in mid of this project and would welcome certain related brochure, letrature, document etc. Also would appreciate if you can take out sometime to drop in some line pertaining to recruitment process improvement ideas.
