There is lot of NGO in Bangalore.
One which I know is Concern India Foundation is an NGO at Bangalore.

Good to know that you are interested in starting a Creche and playhome in banglaore for your labourers.
Firstly i would like to know the strengeth of employees in your organization.
I'm saying this as per the Factories Act, 1948. it states under the Statutory provisions concerning Employee Welfare.
According to Section 48, , in every factory where more than 30 women workers are ordinarily employed, there shall be provided and maintained a suitable room or rooms for the use of children under the age of six years of such women.
But then if you want to collaborate with an NGO, Then I guess there must be certain clause in NGOs to start one.
