how give presentation because my speaking is little bit poor on Hr Policy and what content should be there during the presentation

First of all, to whom are you going to give presentation on HR policy ? What is the purpose or objective ? Are the policies part of your organisation ? The participants are Owners or Management personnel.... You need to answer these questions first. Accordingly the policies need to be presented. Further, do you have in written form - digital or manual, of all the HR policies ? For instance, working hours, holidays, leave policy, attendance, Recruitment, Promotion, performance management system are some of the important HR policies. If you have these policies, take one topic per slide and briefly explain why these policies are there, what are the objectives, etc etc

it is difficult to give answer to the post you have put.
It depends on a lot of things and you probably need to attend public speaking classes. Or at least practice before a group of friends so you get used to speaking before others.

Your delivery and content are different problems.
The content will depend on the company, what they are and what if the purpose of the presentation.
