It highly unfortunate that such an incident has taken place in one of the foremost progressive companies we have in our India. Some self seeking Union office bearer spark and ignite the feeling and emotions of the workers and it is the group (mass) mentality that their actions can be very very dangerous and at time may result in their becoming jobless and their families have to starve and may resort to most undesirable practice to eke a lively hood or to feed their children. Dutta Samanta's decision has left thousands of famillies of textile industry job less and their spouses resorting to prostitution even for survival. Recently in Regency Ceramics such an incident took place and the Vice Chairman Mr. Chandrasekhar was brutally killed. Result is that the factory is closed and thousands are now struggling for a living. The main reason for such heinous crimes and mindless acts a very few individuals who are root cause for such incidents. Violence will never result in good. A true leader should guild and lead followers to bring betterment in their lives rather than encouraging them to resort to such crimes.

So far the happening has not raised the issue of just, fair and reasonableness.
Riot is not occurring for the first time.Governments already have well accepted steps-Investigation,prosecution,trial and if the charges are proved then conviction and sentencing.
It is your best guess.
The flawed dynamics of human relation angle is disproved swiftly.
