I apreciate your theory but these thing is only a good manner and good for say and hear but practically impossible and very dificuilt ( Also required passion for a long time) because that belong to real estate and they are make self habit for this language

Its very simple you no need to ask all these things to any body, if cont listen all such nonsense go away from them when they are talking or you can ignore like they are not talking to you, or else you do one thing better you leave that job and join where you feel comfort. i suggest not to leave stay there only try take position and start screwing them after you get hold on them and make proper protocol where no one should use abused
