Kanchan...
Horoscopes, Astrology can make you happy or might give you confidence.
Beliefs can give to culture and confidence.
But such practices can never give you quality or talent. Such beliefs can never ensure you progress.
Beliefs, which are hindrance to our growth and prosperity, are ridicules and trash.
For example…many people have believe in Satya Sai Baba…let them believe but truth is far from reality. People can believe in anything but they cannot force their belief of others…can they.
If we want growth and prosperity
If we want talent and result
We need to grow-up and believe in reality not in darkness.

hi friends,
Horoscope in recruitment is really ridiculous... There is no one who can be cent percent in predicting a persons nature, attitude or behaviour.
I'm evident of such case... Where people born under the same star sign are so different, no similarities in their attitude and their approach to life.... :? :x
All of us react differently to situations n mostly we try to acquire a behaviour and that makes us believe in the horoscope..... :D
Isnt it mere foolishness to recruit on the basis of horoscope :?:

Hi all,
Its true tat as a finalisation of a candidate now-a-days some companies use the horoscopic usage...
Thoug i belong to a religion where we dont believe/give importance to horoscope/astrology (I've mentioned this to say tat before attending this interview i dont know abt my zodic sign but not to hurt anyone who believes horoscope )... A reputed HR Consulting frim designed/predicted some horoscopic results about my behavior.....
U know how ?
The first round of interview i gave a pshychometric test !!!!
Was tat a psychometric test or Horoscope viewing ?
A week later they offered me the job... I refused to join.
