I read the chain of letters today only and from all your comments I think I got a clear picture. First of all Iam not an HR person so my opinion will be completely different.

As per my understanding you tried to do something in the organisation which they have not heard till now. All your fun day activities, news letters, etc etc were all the baggage u carried from your IT company. First of all please understand that most of the manufacturing companies, especially family startups take the function of HR as to the old Personal Manager concept. For the managers working in these type of organisations, these are all waste of time, energy and valuable company time wasted which could have been used to increase the production.

Try to change your style of working starting from the recruitment, attendence, welfare, separation and then the fun filled activities. Whatever u do for employee satisfaction and enjoyment in workplace, they will try to put the spanner in the works. It will take a little time to gain their confidence in you. Don't think that they are not supporting you, first understand they have not done these things in their entire career and automatically takes as a waste of time. Reduce your frequency of activities and then mostly concentrate on the paper work which I feel u are shirking now.

You are MBA and as a part of curriculam u have studied the change management, go back to your lessons and re read again. Then u will understand where u have gone wrong.

First understand one thing . No manager's seat is cozy and comfortable. We all put dog ears to sit in this seat comfortably. Be patient time will tell u where u have gone wrong.

hi All,

Good News!!!!! Today I had a meeting with my director.... He asked me something and I told me directly that I am doing only which u gave otherwise I dont have work to do.. I told all thoughts,,,,,Finally he said I am really very sry that all this happened with you ...I already know that it will happne in future..and this much was not aware..He said I m with you .I dont want to loose a person like you otherwise it will be my lose..All these changes spl. setup of new canteen and managing 's credit will goes to only u..Dont think u are not doing good.. He said from tomorrow onward i will be with u and will help u to all these things...He asked me to telll him what are the basic Hr activities like performance appraisal,Setting KRA's, Organising Trainings, and all ... He said from tomorrow onwards we will start again and all this HR functions has to be done here,,,Why it is not happening we will figure out and will sort it out..And HR Concepts which has to be in a manufacturing plant will establish here..And we both will make it happen.. So may be finally I will get my Profile and work and may be able to immplement it.. But again I need help to know what are the main areas of HR where I should give more focus..... Just give me all ur brilliant ideas so that I can do the best and able to manage it ....Again thanks for support because of ur ideas , thoughts I got very new good points and able to find out what is wrong with me......Finally my boss accepted all the things and as he said will do a fresh start...He said the same thing all staff membbers are old and it is tought for them accept new things ......

Mr.. Raju:- Plaese send me these formats on or my personal id ,

Plz send me thses formats ASAP so that I can start updating it from tomorrow onwards... Even it will be a new thing for me...

Hi all,
One more help...Can anybody share a experiance format for worker which are under contract... There is one person working from past aroung 4.5 yrs but under contractor.After every 6 months he get transfer under another contractor.. Should I give them a experiance letter or not..If yes what should be the format beacause we can write the name of all contracor under which he was working and currently working....
Please suggest me something
