I have a query regarding PF withdrawal criteria.
My last working day was 16 September 2015 and my full and final was settled on 23 October 2015. Do I need to wait for 60 days from the last working day or from 23 October?
Secondly, I read in the PF Act point 69.c that if an employee has resigned and is travelling abroad for a job, then the company should be clearing their PF immediately? Is this correct?

Dear Abbas,

My last day in the current company is December 31st 2015. And I will have 10 yrs 5 months 21 days of service by that time. But EPS contributory service is going to be just 9 yrs 2 months as I was on Loss of Pay Leave for 1 year 4 months.I am not going to join in another company so I would like to withdraw the amount.Will I be eligible for EPS withdrawal? If so can you please let me know the amount that I can get? The pension contribution is being paid on 25000.
