I like ur advise maybe somekind of feeling i have, but its not true. I really feel ki they people are not professional, bas chal raha hai kisi tarah, or may be i was working very long time in an mnc culture. I involved too much with my last company. chalo let's see kya hota hai. but anyways thanks for this advise.

Always expect the unexpected and u should have capability to survive in that unexpected environment i m in corporate, but in last organzation i was associated with india s most reputed Retail comapny but in current i m in Startegic HR and facing no. of difficulities whole the day n i never saw such kind of culuture but i m striving to change that as per the guidline by managegment so this is called corporate, bad is inevitable neha,
so try to make new frnds there n keep urself busy always expect less and do more for others than u can survive.
