Hi, We have a query. One of our employee resigned after 6 years of completion of his services. While on his service he had resigned earlier also before two years but rejoined immediately during next month (example 10 days working during the month he left (10th June ex-year) and 15 days working during the month he joined (16th July ex-year) on same salary. Will he be eligible for gratuity or not. He has taken salary every month in 6 years.

15000/ Gross Salary Breakup is following...
Basic-7500 (50% on Gross Salary)
HRA- 3000 (40% on Basic Salary)
Medical Allowance- 1250
Convancy Allowance- 800
Special Allowance- 2450 (It is not D.A)
