As per act, Basic limit is 6500/- so act can't force to employer that he will deduct the PF on your actual basic (if basic is more then 6500/-Rs.) so employer is doing the minimum complaince as per act.

As per EPF Act 1952 the maximum ceiling of basic wages i.e., Basic + DA is Rs. 6500/-, @ 12% of Employee & 12% of Employer share( 8.33% for Pension fund and 3.67% to our share).
for the Rest or balance Basic + DA, the option is left with the employer for deduction / pay PF. Even then the pension fund would be on Rs. 6500/- @ 8.33% i.e., Rs. 541/-
As per act nothing wrong in it.

Dear sir,
notice period for an executive most of the comanies they are puting 3 months or 90 days. if you want to leave the organisation you have to work for 3 months or you have to pay salary inleiu there off. ie 3 months basic plus DA if any. if you are getting leave encashment on other allowances also, then you have to pay notice period also on allowances
