Hello, Being an HR this is absoluletly wrong and unacceptable. We as an HR should be role model to the employees in the organization. Regards, Nandha

Some how.. based on my experience, I dont buy this that HR can be role model. Anyways, back to the topic, I forgot to mention that if I were you, I would take that 7 lacs PA job and sleep easy..

Dear
First of all let me tell you producing fake slip is a biggest crime morally and socially. It amounts to suppression of factual information and furnishing fabricated information . Whether they check it or not is a different thing but as an educated and highly placed persons we are not supposed to do such things, just for the sake of more money, after all, with more education, we are expected to behave more sensibly and honestly that is the meaning of education ! Education should not be a just bread winning parameter ! Excuse me if I hurt your feelings but it is a fact I want to make it clear on this forum. I appreciate if such posts totally disappear from this cite.

well if you can deliver and justify your salary to them by way of your hard work, it may not matter.Who knows they kept you because of some dire need and did not mind paying you that higher salary. Now it is your turn to prove them right.Anyway life is so artificial now a days that most of the situations we face are fake.So dont worry for what has been done and prove yourself so that your next raise is based upon your abilities rather than fakeness.Good luck

Hey Rajan,
Never ever try this out. What will you do if the HR guys asks you to submit your bank statement?, As per my experience goes all your details will be verified. And if you are working for a Top IT company all your details will be in the NASSCOM directory. So why spoiling your future just for salary?
this is a fraud and will come into light post 1-2months of you joining the new company and if it is proved you will be out of job and blacklisted. Pls be careful

Hi Ranjan,
If you have already done this, go ahead with confident bcz they pay you on their budget not only you have asked for.
If you are going to do, pls do not do it bcz they have the right to check.

Generally the Negations are on the basis of last drawn and may be some cash incentives not given in pay slips. U should not give fake pay slips
As u have done it say think positive that nothing will happen.

yes, they may verify your salary details from the previous employee.. not sure if they will see the bank transactions.
even if they dont verify it, u will anyways need to submit a copy of final settlement from your prev employer to the new employer. the salary details will be mentioned in the final settlement document and you will be caught :)
