Everyday appreciation piles up for the TATA's.

But tragedy is that it looks like we want only TATA's to do it and continue do it for all the days to come because world needs them.

This is just what happens when we watch a movie where hero thrashes villain and we derive the pleasure of doing it ourselves.

We are all educated and informed people. Moreover, aboveaverage and opinion making class holding responsible positions.Let us ask ourselves whether we are true to unflinching appreciation we are showering on the Tata's.But for one response, which showed interest in emulating the TATA's, all others are looks like only movie goers.

Would also like everyone to ponder over what has happened to the perpetrators of this heinous crime on innocent peace loving Indians? What has India or for that matter the world has done to rogue nation that is behind this inhuman purposeless violence? Can I say empty rhetorics and spineless inaction by Indian governement and adding insult to this is spending Rs 36 crores on looking after captured terrorist! Can I say more assistance to Pakistan, both financial and military by various countries led by America!

Even the compensation announced by the Government to the victims this attack not completely disbursed so far!

This is the precise result of our collective inaction.Whether it is in supporting the wronged fellow Indians or punishing ruthlessly perpetrators of crime,we are lagging way behind giving clear signal that we are a weak nation and a soft target for such attacks. It is indeed sad.

TATA the epitome of Corporate Social Responsibility. The Govt should take a cue from them and ensure they spruce up their act.

Appriciating these activities of TATAs (both employees and management) by any best word, in any language will be lesser than what they have done...
Other growing organisation must learn to cultivate such culture inside which will shine when taken to any tasks..
Great work, all of you, the very proud employees of TATA !

Its not managing the affairs its a clear display of Leadership in which Ratan Tata and his family has displayed traits which created the most ardent followers of his family.
