I was following the thread.
Good that now you are at peace. That person is nothing but a "bully". Hewas one in school and college, and now, he is yet to grow up and become an adult.

Yes...
"several Japanese company make a special sound proof room for the purpose and also keep sticks and rubber statues of men and women there"
It used to be known as "ventilation room", because here one ventilates all his pent-up feelings against that person.

Dear Rajkumar;

Love!

Psychiatrists say that we are not only a physical body but psychosomatic. Means our physical body and mind is so closely connected with each other, that if you touch one and the other will vibrate immediately. And we experience also that when our physic is not well; our mind also get affected and wise a versa is also true. Thus our physical body and mental body (Mind) has some similar tendencies. If we go on eating and if we do not release excreta in the morning, we shall have stomach ache in a day or two and if we prolong for few more days we may die even. Similar tendency our mental body too has. If someone abuses me, then I have two choices, either to accept it or to reject it. If I reject, it will bounce back, but if I accept it, I have to release it by any means. And if I do not release, it will form a blockage in my mental body and that will harass me mentally till it is released. All such unreleased feeling leads to psychic problems. Now I can release it to the same person in return to his abuse, provided he is not stronger to me or to any other person (Must be weaker to me like my son or wife). Many a time we select the other option and unnecessarily scold our wife or children.

To purify our mental body some techniques are developed by great masters of the world and those are used in several meditations in one or the other form. I know about three such techniques. One is known as Catharses, another is known as Gibberish. (Gibberish is the name of the inventor of the technique) and the third one known as laughing (The inventor is known as laughing Buddha). You must have heard about laughing clubs, they use this technique.

Provision of Ventilation Room is also a device to release anger and to keep the mind healthy. Japanese learned this from Zen masters. This looks funny, but very much effective and a proven technique.

But most HR people know about western ideas only, as their syllabus are derived from that route. They do not know about eastern culture and eastern techniques although they are all from the same culture. That’s the reason; no one has noticed my words except you. And if some one has, must have thought a funny man’s funny ideas.

It is true and I experience this almost everytime when I have a mental agony about any thing / situation. It needs to be vented out and then you feel better.
Same reasn Women are far less prone to Heart Diseases.

Thx Sharad,
for your insight and sharing.
Apart from the three techniques that you mentioned for management of negative and malificent thoughts caused due to other's action, there's one more that I had come across.
It is perhaps drawn from Vipashyana Meditation.
It propounds that one imagines his heart (seat of emotions) to comprise of two segments - one, a shining bright part that radiates happiness and joy to everyone, irrespective of whether he is friendly to you or not; and the other a dark part, as dark as a black hole - from which even light can not escape. This dark part is to be made capable of absorbing all negative responses from others, negative thoughts; for others or arising out of words or action from others; without any desire to retaliate or accessed later. It is to be made capable of burying or burning and forgetting without a trace; all bad incidents that give rise to negative thoughts and feelings. Truly a technique for the masters and sages.

Dear Rajkumar;

Love;

Yes! Vipasyana must be one of the techniques to release negative thoughts and emotions. Likewise there must be many, but we are not aware.

You know eastern saints (Masters) have great contribution to the humanity and many westerners are attracted by our ancient ways of life, knowledge and techniques. Yoga is practiced much in western countries then any an Indian city. In New York more then 3000 Yoga training classes are operating and several Americans learn it. Not only that, some of the innovative people invented some instruments, which helps to perform Yoagasans. They have also applied for its patent, and now we are fighting with them, claiming that Yoga is Indian Origin and no patent should be granted. Our ancestors have given us great heritage, but since then we could not add single a feather to it, now somebody else it trying to add with the help of modern technology, we are opposing it. I understand that, we need to come out of western mind set and also need to recognize our own heritage and best use of it in every area, whether it is corporate world or education or medical science or social structure or anything.
