Hello i am writing this to you all to suggest me what to do in this situation. I am working as a Hr executive in a printing company and and want to share the embezzling done by my manager. when we distribute salary among workers and manager used to take the salary of workers who had left the job by signing on the salary sheets of the left workers .i want you to suggest me what can i do in this situation even my manager is not behaving well with me these days .i am very much harrased by him .

What you can do is that you have to report the above facts to your employer. What your manager is doing is a wrong thing. No manager has a right to take the salary of the workers. What they are doing is a criminal offence. They are liable for forgery. If any one of the said workers gives a compliant then you will also liable as an HR executive. Even your employer will also be liable for the same. The best thing you can do is that you have to inform the same to your employer.

I own a textile shop where many of the employees are Part time who are students of the nearby college. How do I calculate the minimum wages for them as they come in the afternoon and work around five hours . Also I have a janitor who comes in the morning and works for 2 hours.
