Hey everyone!
I am so happy that this thread is still on- great going guys! Keep posting.
Dont you think the HR opportunity that most of us have finally landed into given us a platform to perform? I mean - wantign to become a doctor - we have at least been goodlisteners and suggesting the right prescription to many people...
For people who wanted to become a journalist - we are still doing reporting / surveying work...getting right on spot and gettign info from our beloved employees and comunicating that to teh Senior Management..
Then for the people who wanetd to do something in law / investigation - I guess HR people keep doing it most of the time...
For those who wanted to be a model - I believe HR adds value to brand image by presenting our company really well to outsiders!
Fo those (including me ) who wanted to take Criminal law/psychology - uhmmmm yet to see what opportunity lies in HR
For those who wanted to be a teacher - the mentoring nature is there in you and is adding value to the HR role you are currently into..
Hey - dont you see that a little bit of all what we wanted to become - is still there in us, inspite of we chosing another career? I believe so...
Take care and keep posting!
