myself jithender FINAL MBA (HR) STUDENT.i have done project on job hopping among the banking and insurance companies employees.i found out the why they leave the organization i., reasons for job change.there amazing findings i noticed.yet to finish project.it may finish by this month 20th.after that i can give my report for reference.

i am Reeba ,student MBA -hr. i am currently doing my final sem MBA project, that too on the topic "Attrition in Temperory Staffing".i know what is temp staffing, but i need help regarding the calculation of attrition in temp staffs.i hav already started my project and as a part of it i had made a quesstionniare on attrition and got it filled up. but again i need to have some information on foll:
1) causes of attrition
2) possible solutions
3) calculation of cost of attrition
4) case-studies on employee retention
5) management games or other exercises that helps in retention
i need this help very badly as i dont know anything about "attrition". kindly please help me out as it is getting time to submit my project.
if u can suggest some good books or links also. that would be great!
