Hello, Kindly share under which category Manufacturers of Electrical Stamping and Lamination cover, and also share minimum wages 2019 for the same.
From India, Thane
Dear Nikita,
Under Maharashtra Minimum Wages Act, industries have been classified as "Schedule Employment"
Industries which are not falling under the said schedule employments are covered under Residuary Factories (Factories not covered under Schedule) which is shown under Sr. no. 20 of MMWages. Thus the Manufacturers of Electrical Stamping and Lamination cover will cover under Resid. Fact and the Minimum Wages will be as per attached excel sheet.
The Minimum Wages for January to June 2019 will be published on 5th February, 2019.
Regards,
Suresh
