As per Government Ruling for SODEXHO passes, it is calculated as Rs 100 for every working day in a month. For Example, if a month has 30 days and it is 5 working days then total working days in month are 22. So for 22 working days at a maximum of Rs 100 per day is Rs 2200/-
This rule applies across all levels, designations. Beyond this any amount is subject to tax deduction.
Hope this clarifies the querry

Hi Sowmya,
I wanted to implement the same in my company but they are asking if there is any Income Tax guidelines for the same where an employee can avail upto Rs. 60000 per annum. Please let me know if you get tax benefits for the whole of 60000 or some part of it. And it would be very helpful if you could suffix it with the Income Tax guidelines.
Thanks Rupali
