Plz find out the whether all the things like pt, esic, pf etc are in place and whether ur company is paying those returns on time
make a hr manual ,travel manual etc
have a list of employees and make a database if not there along witth all there detail
meanwhile study the whole company and make noting
checkout the attrition rate and make a mis of manpower required and its sources to acquire it
all depends on number of employees and size of ur organisation and industries
dont forgt to check the employees salary is according to minimum wages act or not if some one sal is less then regularise it
