Since you are a online retailer your warehouse has to be registered only in shops and establishment act.
"shop" means any premises where goods are sold either by retail or wholesale or where services are rendered to customers, and includes an office, a store-room, godown, warehouse or workhouse or work place, whether in the same premises or otherwise, used in or in connection with such trade or business but does not include a factory or a commercial establishment;

If any institution, which has registered under the "Shop & Establishment Act" of the concerned state, and if ther is an accident to one of employee, (i) Causing injury, may be an fracture or loss of limb or (ii) Fatality. Then in such case which of the form has to be filled under the said act and submit to the which authority or what is the employers duty to report, which of statutory organisation, May be State or Central Govt.
