As per my knowledge the gratutiy can not be transfered from one employer to another employer. Only PF amount can be transfer. Gratutity will be paid in one time settlement. regards, Rangarajan

Mr.Sachin,
The Gratuity need not pay in the case of an employee terminated / dismissed due to his involvement of any misconduct and the same was proved otherwise the employee himself accepted the misconduct.
