Thanks for participating into the thread... You have come up with the simplest example to make one understand the theory of electricity...
Form your reply it's clear that 24V can't kill a person or not enough to induce Ventricular Fibrillation...
Request you to give clarifications to below concerns:
If the human body resistance is 1000 Ohm (Wet Condition) and at 24 V, 24mA current flows through the human body (Heart Comes in Circuit)... In this condition how much safe a person is? How much time this current can flow through human body without causing Ventricular Fibrillation? In this condition also 24V is Safe for human body?
I don't know whether this is a foolish question or not... If not come up with what I feel I will never learn, so thought of asking to the right person the same... Did you heard or come up with any case during your career that 24V cause death to an individual?

Dear boss,
as we know about OHMS law i,e i=v/r, i= current, v=voltage & r= Resistance,
as we see law we can conclude that current is directly proportional to voltage & inversely proportional body of human resistance.......these are the 3 factors plays important in getting electric shock to human.
here voltage means pressure, current means flow of electrons & resistance stability of human...
minimum current is required for electrocution is 10milli amps....
for analogy:- consider the voltage is 24volts, human body is 100 ohms then wat is current?
I=V/R, = 24/100, =0.24 amps.......so on...
one more analogy i will give :- just imagine syntax of water tank output of tank is connected to pipe & with tap...pressure inside the tank is voltage & flow of water through pipe is current...
