I am also working in a B school, and is involved with certain sessions of PD and english improvement too.
Defacto, I also implement the ways as suggested by Mr Riyaz Khan, in my classes.They really work. along with these the Story Coining works a lot to develop the thinking process and vocabulary and also the grammer of students .
Along with this,you can incorporate the discussion session in which a topic may be given to the class and make partners of two.and then after 15 min or so ask each team to come and present what they discussed with each other reg the topic.
meanwhile you may give your inputs of vocabulary used if the students want to know.
this excercise will enhance their english, presentation skills and thought process together.
