All have you mentioned i am agreed on all the points but if they all r new joinees they dont knw each other ,so to engage ,tell them for some role plays or arranging some group activities .
by this first time they got chance to intract with each other and it will create intrest in listning to other things about company.

& then start your induction (let your customer to prepare for listening by making him/her stress free)
