Hi Friends,

First of all thank you everyone for you’re overwhelming responses and emails, I am glad you’ve liked my previous posts and reports formats.

So, here I am again with the attendance report format for 2011 Upgraded.

All you’ve to do is download the “Attendance Report Format” and just update the Employee Name, Emp ID, Designation, Department and Team Name in the “Jan Sheet” only and the rest will be automatically updated, it’s a yearly attendance report which will help you in tacking the Daily, Monthly & yearly Attendance, and will also tack the attrition percentage as well. And if you have few or many teams, then in the department Colum you can put your Team Names and it will help you in tracking Team wise attendance and attrition as well.

Hope you like the post and the Attendance Report Format and don’t forget to comment….

We also do consultation for Process mapping, Enhancing Team’s Performance, Proper Report Formats and Training etc.

Please feel free to contact me on .

You can also find my email id in the report format as well.

Thank you once again
Sincerely
Sumeish

Dear Sumeish,
Its really really painsticking work done by you in hitech environment.
(1) What is lacking suppose any person is on leave for a week as vacation holiday, he will have to marked leave with wages / salary or leave without wage / salary say EL etc. etc. how would you account for this?
(2) Suppose in the private sector if a person is called on duty on holiday how would you keep his record for claiming his compensatory holiday working?
