Hi,
Myself Mark one of my friend is working with a financial co (IIFL) which previously had a subsidiary called as IIDL which is merged in 2008 with the parent co IIFL in which my friend was working now when he applied for loan from PF he came to know that his PF account is closed from year 2005 and he doesn't have any idea of new PF account created by company. PF office said him to bring resignation letter from co if he has to withdraw his amount .
What should be the possible solution for withdrawal of PF ? follow up of PF from 2005 which is deducted from salary ???

Administration charge of PF & EDLI are 1.1% and 0.01% on the consolidated amount of applicable salary (of each organisation, not individual basis) subject to a minimum of Rs. 5 and Rs. 2 respectively. Fraction of 50 paise and above will be rounded up and below 50 paise will be rounded down to nearest rupees. There is no slabs or other applications.

Dear Friends
You have to attach an affidavit (if claim delayed for more than 1 year you have to make an affidavit to that effect) to that effect alongwith the Duly filled PF Claim Forms (Form 10C & Form 19), First Page of Bank Pass Book or Cancelled Cheque leaf, your identity proof, your address proof and your Experience Certificate issued by the previous employer. Get your application duly attested by the Nationalised Bank Manager and submit the same to your nearest EPFO. Never forget to mention your Mobile Number on the top of the Form 10C and Form 19, so that you will receive the SMS Alert from PF Office about the amount deposited in your account.
All the best

I have a query regarding PF withdraw.
One of employee working with a company since 3 years and now he wants to withdraw PF and not leaving company.
How many maximum % he can withdraw? And if 100% withdraw is possible then what about the PF account in future?
