Dear sir,
I Completly agreed with opinion of Hina Pancholi.
The story has no concern with Beutyful Boss. This is like a trap to get the benefit of the unemployed youngster, who are ever ready to do any thing for to get job.
This is like a TV add of "Maharudraksha Surksha chakra", If you have Rs.3000/- you can buy it and your all pain / Unhappiness will disapear.
Off course there is a plus point that the channel who disply this add is gives a line continuosly, that they are not responsible for this add and they have realease this add for purly business purpose. No Claim will be entertained by us.
So it is my view that all the unemployed youngsters who can eforts should join this class to get the softskill otherwise the second option is "Rudraksh Suraksha Chakra.
And always remember the Gita Sar, " Jo jo Jab Jab hona hai, Vo vo Tab Tab Hota Hai, No body can get anything before the time".
This will help them to be active continuoslly.
I am Sorry if any body heart by my opinion, but i have explain here the fact part of the story what i understan, and not explained from all other people who allso understand better.
Thanks / Regards

A Good compilation , elucidating the need for developing softskills .
A must read for Youngsters who form part of the majority of 95%.
Youngsters prefer precis-writing to detailed & interesting explanation . This is expressed in one of the posts as being 'too lengthy' .
A small correction in page 4 " .... I then got hold of the person’s mail ID who had written the article and wrote to me about my plight. ..." . 'To me' needs to be corrected as 'to Him'.

Dear Raj
Nice story. However one incident of not getting a job; does not reflect on a person's competence in soft skills. The story is a bit overboard.
I do not agree with some of the comments that being from a top notch business necessarily means that you have above average soft skills.
Have interviewed many premier business school grads and have found some of them utterly dissapointing in this area.

Hello Proffessor,
The lay out shouuld have been easier on the eye.
The Subject should have been a Graduate from Technoical stream (Engineering?)
The article should have been 50 % shorter.
Soft Skill should have been elaborated, to give some idea to persons not familiar with this term.
Still, Excellent -Overall.

Dear Prof Raj,
Few observations in the story:
The story and the title have no connection at all.
A graduate from top B school has no idea about soft skills which is actually suprising.
It was a good try to promote the importance of soft skills but the idea of story could have been better.

Carol.

It was pretty long "story" to read but most of the top B schools are very much aware of these facts & so do the students. Howevr this story would be really an eye opener for people who have similar thought process

Dear Dr. Raj,
I do appreciate the story but as few things are absolutes for Management Professionals, needless to coin the importance of SOFT SKILLS in the context. Moreover as others also felt, I do feel so that, indeed there's no connection between the story and it's title. I guess you have tried to draw the attention of some male readers to read on... that long sequence, which otherwise may not have taken interest.
Please share something on acquiring those SOFTSKILLs (SS) for the Management Aspirants as they will be much more handy in practical terms than to share the importance of SS.
