Infact nobady is happy with the proposed decision. This is absolutely waste of money. Only less than 10% people are getting the benefits of the ESIC. Most of the insured employees doesn't know the claim procedure.

Actually no one is happy With the new proposed amendmend by ESIC. First they have to improve their standard of service, Only less than 10% employees are are availing the benefits.
Firstly the government have to survey, how many people are availing the benefits.
Most of the dispensaries don't have the prescribed medicine and the behaviour of the employees are not so co-operative.

Yes , I also feel that the notification which mr girish posted is to invite objection, suggestion. We should write whether any fraternity has placed objection or not. This will be heavy burden on the white collored job ppl specially ITES where the employee is covered under mediclaim
