Hi All
Well Guys & Gals thanks for your comments :D . I do agree that job should not be based on Horoscope but as Prachi told us that there are some companies which are hiring on the based on horoscope. Surely it is not a good idea.

Hi,
I meant selecting people on the basis of horoscope , but i meant to say selecting on the career development stages and find out the right path for the person .Example :If a person is 29 suppose he is still working in entry level , what is his future going to be after 3 &4 years .This is more career guidence ..

Dear Rajesh
We are also saying the same thing but as it is done by few companies so we are just trying to keep our thoughts across that it is wrong thing to do. Basically what matters is performance of the person. If the performance of the person is good, whether the person is capricon or leo, doesn't make any difference

As mentioned earlier that people ask Zodaic sign to "imagine the comfort level" and not to select the person.
If Anil Ambani or Bill Gates express their desire to join your company or say give business to you...will you go and ask their Zodaic and will give or take the offer if they are compatible?? That will be stupidity.
Yes, some people practice such things as might be such things work for them and in their favor, but we don't need to read much, between the lines.
Just for your information...no three Prime Ministers in India ever had similar Zodaic but almost all of them have done well for the Country...leave aside Vishwanath Pratap Singh, Chander Shekhar and Deve Gowda...

Dear Sanjeev
Thanks for your views but we are also saying the same thing. We are not saying that we should hire people on the basis of horoscope.
Definitely, if I believe in horoscope and Bill Gates show his desire to join my company, would surely match my horoscope with him to know the compatibility of doing work with him

What's the issue. Is it Horoscopy or Right Fit. For finding the right fit, firstly the job description , evaluation and assessment has to be right. Then you can think of finding the right man. Finding good permanent career and careerist is imp. for both employers and employees. Not only horoscopy can help, but there is a requirement of complete brain mapping. Are the organizations ready for it. It takes time, effort and money but the end result is going to be nectar. Lets wait for the times to watch.
