With regards to your personal life would suggest that, “Nobody else other than you can take a call”. Don’t let others decide about your life, but at the same time you need help on the job front………………we are all there for you. The market is picking up and I see lots of job opening on the site, so you can try and I’m sure you will get a good job soon. (“Hope in GOD” :))

Please take this suggestion positively as given by a friend. Coz if your Fiancé is really a good person then letting your job go will not be difficult. As you know getting the right kind of person is very difficult in the present generation.

I know money is important in the presentation situation, but know that “We control the money and not money controlling us” hahahahahahahahah………………. Start your job hunt right-away.

I’m also getting married this coming Sunday and my Fiancé also was from different place, but I went with her and she did get a good job. SO nothing in IMPOSSIBLE.

First of all, your case involves personal life, you've to take up the decision on your own because for someone Personal Life is much more important than Work Life and vice versa.
Don't confuse career with personal life.. Hope, for you personal life is much more than work life (since you're a woman).
Nowadays Market started coming up, you can find jobs easily in Delhi. You should take the final decision and never let others to suggest on your personal life as it is much dangerous.

I think, you should have thought this before you got engaged to that guy.
After engagement you shouldnt have any confusion about continuing the relationship.
Career is very important for gals now-a-days. But Social values are important more than that. First we should be clear about what we do.

Every company faces the problem of people leaving the company for better pay or profile.

Early this year, Mark, a senior software designer, got an offer from a prestigious international firm to work in its India operations developing specialized software. He was thrilled by the offer.

He had heard a lot about the CEO. The salary was great. The company had all the right systems in place employee-friendly human resources (HR) policies, a spanking new office,and the very best technology,even a canteen that served superb food.

Twice Mark was sent abroad for training. "My learning curve is the sharpest it's ever been," he said soon after he joined.

Last week, less than eight months after he joined, Mark walked out of the job.

Why did this talented employee leave ?

Arun quit for the same reason that drives many good people away.

The answer lies in one of the largest studies undertaken by the Gallup Organization. The study surveyed over a million employees and 80,000 managers and was published in a book called "First Break All The Rules". It came up with this surprising finding:

If you're losing good people, look to their manager .... manager is the reason people stay and thrive in an organization. And he 's the reason why people leave. When people leave they take knowledge,experience and contacts with them, straight to the competition.

"People leave managers not companies ," write the authors Marcus Buckingham and Curt Coffman.

Mostly manager drives people away?

HR experts say that of all the abuses, employees find humiliation the most intolerable. The first time, an employee may not leave,but a thought has been planted. The second time, that thought gets strengthened. The third time, he looks for another job.

When people cannot retort openly in anger, they do so by passive aggression. By digging their heels in and slowing down. By doing only what they are told to do and no more. By omitting to give the boss crucial information. Dev says: "If you work for a jerk, you basically want to get him into trouble. You don 't have your heart and soul in the job."

Different managers can stress out employees in different ways - by being too controlling, too suspicious,too pushy, too critical, but they forget that workers are not fixed assets, they are free agents. When this goes on too long, an employee will quit - often over a trivial issue.

Talented men leave. Dead wood doesn't.

You can find a job at any age of your life, if you are talented. You can change or leave as many job you want.
Life partner is nothing to do with talent. Its all depends on ur emotions. To change or leave life partner is heart breaking. Believe me once ur age to find a life partner is gone, u will feel like anything.
Now ur decision depends on weather u really need ur hubby as ur life partner or ur Job as a life partner. Because breaking marriage with this guy doesnt assure u that u will get ur hubby from ur town only.
