Hi, U asked abt the student projects centre. you have to prepare proposal for project centre d made tie ups with institutions and try to meet the hods from all departments d make them feel happy. prepare the projects as research based papers for the students.
Marketing is only the key to success. bcoz i also running a small project centre in chennai d i made tie ups with some education institutions , now its going fine. stil now i registerd 120 batches for projects.

Hi,
First of all thanks for appreciation...As you previously mentioned that you ar e into SAP, you need to approach the companies which are into SAP. and most of those companies either hire the freshers and train them or take exp people. but part time or project based SAP is a bit difficult task.
in terms of approaching MBAs for the SAP training would be a good idea but also if u go for the people who are into IT will be more interested in this...
As the people into IT lands up doing Masters in computers and that is isnt a benifit to their work profile.....so catering the BE or ME or Mtech,Btech and MCA guys will be a big value addition.
On the other hand, companies will demand students for free if they are coming for part time basis...rather than that...with the same business if you get to develop your own product, you can use these student for that with 1-2 expert involved. Cost can be less as man power is not payable while u get paid for teaching....guess this will be some of your use.
