Hi,
Thanks to Amit Seth,Geeta and HRDX for their valuable contribution. Reimbursement of Petrol and Driver Salary( may be 10,000) per month can save tax of 30.9 % or 33.66% as the case may be . LTA can save tax but in each alternate year. The main idea is to make a portion of salary as reimbusement of expenses and take those out from salary slip.
Thnaks and Regards,
Sanjay

Dear Ms. Perfectionst,
You can also increase the amt of meal vouchers. The maximum limit is Rs. 30,000 p.a whc comes to Rs. 2500/- p.m. As this does not attract FBT is a good way to save tax.

If a person who is drawing 12 lac as CTC and still does not pay just 10000 as Tax, which is not even 1% of the CTC he is earning, does not deserve any advice / sympathy. Whta he wants, everything FREE. How will the GOVT. run and and infrastuctures he wants to enjoy, will be constructed.
