hi neha,
i think your are in a culture shock.....the best thing that you can do is study the culture of the people and the organization you are in now.....then....adjust with the system....if you cant.....pray that you will......if nothing happens.....follow your views of peace and prosperity.... find a new place to work with...however, jumping from one employer to another is not a good track of employment record....

dude after all satisfaction matters so decide wat u want and act according to it........ since the market condition is bad, do not quit the job untill u have a right job in ur hand...... i know little about aviation industry so i would say its not the place for gals who r reserved..... its a place for freaks......... live the way u want as if there s no 2mar...... stay happy

Hey Neha,
Its up to you if you want to quit or continue... But one thing that i would like to suggest is do not run from things. If you quit this job that means you are not able to prove your self... Just think what if your next job is also the same.... What next??? Just get along with the folks there... understand whats their problem... Gain their confidence and then suggest them what ever you want... The chances are very low for this.... but Still Doable.... all the Best....

Hi Neha
I agree with Nithya, probably new enviornment is causing problem to you, some time old perception ar also can be one of the reason to not satisfied with new job. when we work with organisation for a long time, we became use to of thier culture, process etc
so take time to understand the culture and find out new opportunities to learn which will make you a more proffesional person

Don't Worry Dear, I Will Advise, Don't Leave Ur Current Job. You Had Received Lots Of Experience & Knowledge From Yout Last Job In Particular Field So, Now This Is Best Opportunity To Get New Experience & Increase Your Knowledge In Aviation. A Person Should Have Knoweldge Of Every Field. Now For Little Period Continue This Job & Gain As Much As Knowledge You Can Then After Still You Are Not Comfertable Then You Can Think For That ..............
All The Best Dear:icon1:.

Hey Neha,
Its but natural that everybody takes some time to adjust to a new environment and so do others, in accepting a new-comer as a part of their work-setting...so give urself & others some time! Moreova, u get 2 know the boons n banes of an org, when u actually start working ova there...n even in similar industry, different org. have different work-cultures ! Try to extract the best out of this situation & live up2 da expectations of ur new boss, howeva keep looking out for better opportunities,so dat if things don't improve over time...u can consider a move 'coz dissatisfaction from job will affect the quality of ur work & won't do any good 2 u and ur company. Still I'll suggest...When life throws lemons n salt at u..make a lemonade out of it...but ya, if da lemonade sucks as well...ask 4 a tequila...Cheer up!:icon1:

hi Neha, I would rather say lot of us feel the same way at certain point of time. It is becoz of the change in priorities in life. But all we shud do is take challenges to make us tougher

Hi Neha :icon6:

In my perception, your first Co was having a good system through which you were able to do the work in a smooth manner and you might miss that kind of a system in your new assignment. Running from 1 Co to another is not a solution. Make your grip firm in this environment and initiate things in such a way that you create your own working atmosphere which will help you to work and feel better. As some one told that we cannot change others but can change our own. Try to adapt yourself to this industry as you are getting a chance to learn new things which will bring results one day.

I would like to inform you that all industries are same as you in that, totally it was depend on you. Try to prove your skills with your level best, do not compare with earlier employer. We are all in the same situation. Sometimes or some how one or two black sheep will spoil our working environment and make us frustrated with our job. If you are unable to bear or adjust with the environment , try some other opportunity, but do not leave the present job.

Think twice while taking any decision.

Regards.

Robin
