Now I am bit confused with all your replies.I request you if one go for any specialisation in HR than what will be the best to Choose these days and that also I want to do distance learning type of course or any diploma.
As far as my interest goes I told you all, that my main intersest is in training & development but my choice or interest is not limited to this only I want to excel in this field so help me decide the best programme or specialisation I go for please.
